  The office staff(Julie) was very pleasant, scheduling was prompt and accommodating, Frank was very personable and efficient, but JAMES MAPLES is very dishonest!! Since he was not up-front about our bill, he had stated that to "make … More it right" he would tear up our check and resend our corrected invoice for me to pay. Well, that never happened and several days later, the check got cashed.! I also requested an itemized bill for the work and surprisingly that was never produced either.
  I also found it interesting that customer service called before the work was ever done requesting that I give the company 5 stars! My response was " well let's get the work done first". The job was completed but because of the dishonesty by James Maples, we will never use Southend Electric again! James Maples is a crook! I'm still waiting for customer service to call....
